Welcome to Chillville! My name is Larry, and I have lived in Ventura County all of my life. When I was a child, my mother was the bookkeeper for Island Packers, the first boat service company for the Channel Islands. As such, I spent most of my afternoons fishing off the docks in this harbor. As a boy riding my bicycle through the Ventura Keys, it was my dream to own a waterfront home. In 2005, I fell in love with scuba diving and spear fishing, which intensified my desire to be by the ocean all the time. Now that I’m all grown up, I have made this dream a reality, and I am very excited to share it with you.
Built with inspiration from my love for the Channel Islands and the ocean, I offer my home as the perfect vacation rental to get away. Beyond being an amazing place to relax, enjoy the views of the harbor, and do absolutely nothing, it also offers many exciting experiences. Some of my favorites are kayaking and paddle boarding through the harbor, bicycling through Seabridge, over to the Channel Islands harbor, and to the farmers’ market on Sunday, barbequeing and playing pool on the weekends, and watching the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the Jacuzzi, drinking a nice glass of wine. I am absolutely certain you are going to love your stay here.
